A walkthrough for a building renovation in Downtown Pittsburgh. Converting an old state office building into condos. I also designed the wraparound sign for the building.

Produced during my time at GIW. Additional modelling and rendering by Michael Breathes, Shaun Hamm, and Mike Steele.

Hudson Lights at Fort Lee

I have been working with Arquitectonica since 2011 to create pre-visualization work for their project in Fort Lee, New Jersey.  This is a very challenging and interesting project to be a part of.  Since the project is still in the design phase, turn-around times are often very tight… and there are often many, many ongoing changes to the plan.  Early on, we agreed that the deliverables for the project would be PSD builds of each rendering – allowing the designers at Arquitectonica make final edits and tweeks on their end.
